At BARK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to styling your wardrobe.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are still attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
